Workshops, Panels & Speaking Engagements for:
Group Workshops
Workshops are designed for teams and organizations to come together and individually develop as leaders and operate more effectively as an organization. Each workshop is different and tailored to your organization. We’ll start with an initial survey to understand what you would like to achieve and develop a workshop curriculum to meet those goals.
Workshops are held in person (post Covid-19) and virtually via ZOOM. Workshop consist of individual and team activities. Work prior to the workshop may include individual assessments with free writing exercises, group discussions, and paired activities. At the end of the workshop your team will walk away with some foundational communication and leadership strategies to apply as they continue on their own personal journey to career success!
How It Works
1. Initial Intake Call: On our initial intake call, we’ll discuss the needs and goals of your group and begin to outline a custom workshop.
2. Individual Assessments: Individuals may be tasked with taking one of the following personal assessments prior to attending the workshop for reflection.
3. Group Discussion: Together we’ll discuss an overview of the workshop, what we will accomplish, and the philosophy behind each component of the workshop.
4. Interactive Activities: Individual, small group, and paired activities will provide an opportunity to put theory into practice and begin the process of development and transformation.

Speaking Engagements
Speaking engagements are an opportunity to discuss a topic in depth with your team, entire organization, or a broad group of leaders within your company. Together we’ll discuss what topic(s) will best align with your specific requirements and goals. I’ll then research the audience and prepare a tailored presentation and content for your organization. Typically, I’ll use this time to share my expertise within a general topic (i.e. Team Building, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, etc.) and provide strategies on how to implement the learning into your organization.
How It Works
1. Initial Intake Call: On our initial intake call, we’ll discuss the needs and goals of your organization and align on speaking topics.
2. Research and Presentation Development: After we’ve agreed on topics within specific areas of expertise, I will research your organization and audience and develop a tailored presentation and speaking content.
3. Deliver Speaking Engagement: I’ll present the customized content to your group or organization, which may include group discussions, Q&A, or mini case studies.
