Discovering your LeaderStrengths: The Sweet Spot
My Approach
In their 2009 bestseller The Extraordinary Leader, Dr. Jack Zenger and Dr. Joseph Folkman make a clear and powerful point, that leaders can change for the better. In that book, they shared a simple diagram to illustrate their Zenger Folkman CPO Model. According to the authors, when three vital areas (passion, competencies, and organizational needs) intersect, leaders can find that sweet spot that so many are seeking in their careers.
I’ve always been inspired by their CPO model! Because I feel I’m finally at the "sweet spot" of my career where I combine my passion for helping others with my proficiencies in learning, development and coaching, I am passionate about helping others become better leaders and discover their unique LeaderStrengths profile.
