Overview
Leadership Development is a unique and customized experience tailored to you. Together we’ll work to identify your leadership philosophy, assess your strengths, and develop a plan of action to achieve your goals. I’ll be there to provide accountability and guide you through this process with 1:1 coaching and resources to help you from the phase of self-discovery through the development of new habits.
Throughout our customized action plan, we’ll focus on these three critical areas:

How It Works
I distill complex leadership and management concepts into simpler ideas that you can apply to managing everyday problems, and partner with you on a five-step plan as follows:
1. Assess: We start with a conversation and questionnaire to uncover your leadership needs. You then receive a written summary of what we've uncovered, identifying 1 or 2 areas to focus.
2. Vision: You clarify your leadership philosophy, using it to develop a vision that serves as your compass for moving forward!
3. Surveys & Assessments: Depending on your goals, you’ll do one or more of the following assessments:
We debrief findings, unlocking important data that will help you improve your leadership performance.
4. Leadership Strategies: You develop a personal Leadership Strategy and Action Plan, one that draws on proven communication, leadership, and management concepts.
5. Accountability: Together, we'll devise a plan to help you implement actions, stay on track, and keep the momentum.
How To Get Started
Discovery Call:
In our first call we’ll start to define your leadership goals and uncover a few development areas to focus on.
Action Plan Proposal Review:
Based on our initial conversation, I will put together a personalized plan that aligns with your goals clarifies an approach to address your developmental areas. We’ll discuss the plan together and collaborate on how to best structure the process to fit your unique career and life circumstances.
Finalized Action Plan:
Once we’ve established a clear set of goals and approach to addressing your unique development areas, you’ll receive a final plan personalized for you. Your action plan will be formed around these three approaches:
1. Surveys and Behavioral Assessments
2. Readings
3. Personal Journal and Reflective Writing
Throughout the duration of your personalized plan, I’ll provide 1:1 coaching to guide you through your action plan and support you as you work through the process of transforming your behaviors and perceptions.
