Who are you?
You’re a new manager, executive, or business owner, a leader who is ready to tap into your unique LeaderStrengths. You’re motivated to put in the work to transform your behaviors and perceptions and become a better leader.
How will it work?
Leadership Development is a unique and customized experience tailored to you. Together we’ll work to assess your LeaderStrengths™. We’ll help you develop your personal leadership philosophy and a plan of action to achieve your goals. I’ll be there to provide accountability and guide you through this process with 1:1 coaching and resources to help you from the phase of self-discovery through the development of new habits. Together, we will help you find your unique LeaderStrengths™ profile!
Group Workshops
Who are you?
You’re a leader of a team or organization and you realize that developing your team to become better leaders results in improved organizational effectiveness.
How will it work?
Each workshop is different and tailored to your organization. We’ll start with an initial survey to understand what you would like to achieve and develop a workshop curriculum to meet those goals. The workshop will consist of both individual and group activities. This may include administering individual assessments, writing exercises, group discussions, and paired activities. At the end of the workshop your team will walk away with some foundational leadership capabilities and tools to continue in their own development journeys.
Speaking Engagements
Who are you?
You’re a leader or organization that would like to engage with an expert to explore a topic in depth with your entire team, organization, or with a broad group of leaders within your organization.
How will it work?
Together we’ll discuss what topic(s) will best align with your specific requirements and goals. I’ll then research the audience and prepare a tailored presentation and content for your organization. Typically, I’ll use this time to share my expertise within a general topic area (e.g., communication, team building, leadership). Workshops may include pre-reading, assessments and/or mini case studies.
